It's summer in the PNW, and there's not much better than that in our opinions. It's time for soaking up the sunshine and spending lots of time outside playing in nature. It also means many of us are jumping into activities we haven't participated in for awhile. As a result, it's also a common time for tweaks, sprains, and other injuries. Remember to ease yourself into new activities, do lots of self care in the form of stretching, mobility work, hydrating, and getting plenty of sleep.
