Welcome! We are excited for you to take your health into your own hands outside of the office. At Chirobody, we know that our most powerful tool in helping you look, feel, and perform your best, is education. A vast majority of injuries and conditions people seek out Chiropractic care for, are caused by "lifestyle factors." This term is used as a blanket phrase to cover things like poor posture and ergonomics, weak back and "core" from a lack of physical activity and fitness. Essentially, when our bodies are not physically able to handle the demands we place on it, the system breaks down and eventually leads to pain and other symptoms.

 

No amount of in-office treatments can fully correct problems caused by these lifestyle factors. That's why we spend time teaching patients stretches, exercises, ergonomics, and other techniques to increase the strength, flexibility, and overall fitness of their back and bodies.
