The weather forecast shows an abrupt change happening this weekend. On one hand, that should mean the end to the smoke around most of the PNW. On the other hand, it means the start of our typical fall weather. Even though the weather won't be as conducive to outdoor exercise, we hope you'll find ways to continue to stay fit and healthy through Fall and Winter.
