Judi McGee , E-RYT, is an experienced yoga teacher and an Essential Low Back Care Program certified instructor. Judi supports the effectiveness of your chiropractic care through guided movements to help you maintain adjustments, improve strength, and expand your flexibility. Safe, gentle poses will introduce you to greater ease in your body, with less pain and greater function.

Yoga exercise sessions are offered one-on-one or as a group. Throughout the week, various drop-in classes are available for people looking to see how yoga can help them to relieve pain and become healthier. Judi has further specialized training in supporting pregnant and postpartum women in reaching their fitness goals through 8 Limbs Yoga. When Judi is not in the clinic, she enjoys volunteering with King County Search and Rescue and playing with her grandson.
